This is a Very rare airframe section with pretty much near all of its original paintwork and colour which is very clean a lots of paint. The panel is still covered in its original green paintwork and all very clear to see the panel does have some dirt attached but not much it has been very well cleaned and has a lot of original colour it is in nice solid condition it has ripped and bent by the impact of the crash but is perfect for display or any collection it is 5 inches long by 6 inches wide . The part was taken at the time of the crash or sometime not long after from German junkers ju 87B Stuka dive bomber shot down over Hampshire on the 13th August 1940 during the battle of Britain. The panel comes with A5 laminated information card and has been in a private collection for many years now available for the first time in all those years and there is very little around from this aircraft anyway.

The stuka of 5/stg2 was shot down by spitfires of number 609 squadron during dive bombing sortie over the channel. Probably the aircraft that was claimed by flying officer H.McD.Goodwin. The ju87 stuka crashed and burned out at Rodden,Portesham on the 13th August 1940 at 4.00pm.Uffz O.Lindenschmid and Fw H.Eisold killed the aircraft was a write off.
