    • This is a solid metal airframe section or structure joint it has no real paintwork but shill has all of its original colours it is maker marked and stamped 88 as well very clear to see. The part does have a bit of rust and dirt from being buried but nothing to bad they have some damage from the impact of the crash but overall it is in lovely clean condition perfect for display or any collection it is 12 inches long by 7 inches wide and rare to get a bit this large and clean from battle of Britain German bomber. This airframe part was recovered from German Junkers Ju88 A-1 work number 3168 shot down by RAF Hurricanes on the 18th September 1940 crashed near Pitsea Marshes, Basildon. A very large part from the famous battle of Britain and German JU88 bomber shot down during it they are perfect for display and comes with 2x A5 laminated information sheets with pictures of the crash site.
    • German Junkers Ju88 A-1 work number 3168 and code 3Z+FT of Unit: 9 Staffel/Kampfgeschwader 77. This aircraft was engaged by Hurricanes of No.310 Squadron following bombing attack on London railway targets it was attacked by various pilots including F/O S. Fejfar, F/S M. Jiroudek, Sgt E. M. C. Prchal, Sgt R.Puda and possibly also P/O V. Bergman, and starboard engine set on fire and then crashed in Essex.

      The crew were Pilot: Feldwebel Otto Wahl Killed (Born 26.02.1912 in Berleburg.) , Observer: Feldwebel O. Graf Baled out wounded POW
