    This is a British soldiers foot powder tin dated 1940,nice condition with all its original markings and packing stamp it is full of powder still and is in lovely condition for a relic with only some light rust and no holes and very rare to find from the battlefield recovered from the beech its self many years ago.This tin is part of a large private collection in Dunkirk from which the items have been recovered many years from the early 1980's on wards either throw detecting on the beaches them self's or the surrounding area and items found in buildings or dump sites or scrap yards and collected from local people who had them for souvenirs a vast collection all from the area which was being used by the British Army in 1940 during the evacuation. A very nice rare relic from the famous Dunkirk pocket battle of 1940
