This item is a British soldiers boot which is in relic but very solid condition the leather has dried out and is not braking up or crumbling the boot is not complete also has mud and dirt still attached from being recovered from the battlefield the boot is very rare to find from the battlefield in such nice condition.This boot was recovered from nears the village of Flers on The Somme the first village on the Somme captured using tanks. A very nice soldiers relic from the famous Somme battlefield and the heavy fighting in the late summer of 1916..
