This is a British soldiers razor which was recovered from the beach at Dunkirk in the 1980's.This razor is in fantastic condition still its original brass colour the handle still unscrews from the head lovely condition relic and very rare to find.This razor is part of a large private collection in Dunkirk from which the items have been recovered of many years from the early 1980's on wards either throw detecting on the beaches them self's or the surrounding area and items found in buildings or dump sites or scrap yards and collected from local people who had them for souvenirs a vast collection all from the area which was being used by the British Army in 1940 during the evacuation. A very nice rare relic from the famous Dunkirk pocket battle of 1940
