    This is a British Soldiers army issue Water Bottle which still retains its original blue colour it is in nice solid condition for a recovered relic with a lot of the original blue paintwork.The bottle which is missing its cork stopper it does have some damage and rust holes with surface rust from being buried but has been very well cleaned and is perfect for display or any collection.This bottle was recovered in the area that was Guillemont Station on the July-August 1916 battlefield on the famous Somme battlefield of 1916.Below picture is the shattered remains of Guillemont Station in 1916 after the battle.
