This is a rare find from the battlefield in this condition a group of German stick grenade wooden handle remains 3 different sticks .The handle sections have no maker markings that can be seen but is in fantastic condition for a wooden relics the wood is solid not braking up or crumbling still in very solid condition the handles have been lightly cleaned and still retain a lot of original colour perfect for display or any collection. The stick grenade handle remains were recovered from a field near Trun, which we think was a pit dug by the allies where lots of German equipment was thrown in and buried after the battle in the Falaise Pocket,Normandy in France 1944. A nice rare relic from the famous Normandy battlefield.
