This is a nice and now hard to find group of parts from a battle of Britain of Messerschmitt 109. The parts are large sections which are 7 airframe and engine parts there are structure sections and internal engine parts they still retain some of there original colours and have some paint remains with black and green paint remains and a lot of original colour the engine parts are rusty not much colour left all the parts still have some dirt attached but have been very well cleaned but would clean up more if you wanted to they are perfect for display or any collection and are 3-13 inches long in size and are perfect for display or any collection .The parts come from German Messerschmitt bf 109E-4 work number 2024 shot down on the 29th October 1940 at 2.30pm and crashed in the village of pluckley near Charing in Kent. The parts come with a A5 laminated information card with pictures.

This Messerschmitt was in combat with RAF fighters when it shot down by Seageant Burgess of Number 222 squadron in a running battle over Kent the plane crashed at Sheerlands Farm in Pluckley near Ashford in Kent. Oberleutnant Hintze bailed out wounded and was captured. The plane was recovered in 1976 with many parts being found.
