    This is a large group of airframe parts 11 in all from a battle of Britain Messerschmitt 109. This airframe parts do have some green/grey original paintwork still very clear to see the parts have ripped, smashed and bent by the impact of the crash they have been very nicely cleaned and still retain some of there original colours and are perfect for display or any collection the parts are 2-6 inches in size .The parts come from German Messerschmitt 109 number 3874 flown by Unteroffizer Buchner which was shot down on the 15th September 1940 and crashed at Saint Nicholas at Wade in Kent during the Battle of Britain. A very nice air frame relic from a battle of Britain and German Messerschmitt 109.The item comes with a A5 laminated information sheet. 

    German Messerschmitt bf 109E-1 work number 3874 of 6/JG3 the plane was shot down by RAF fighters and crashed on the 26th August 1940 at 5.00pm.

    The plane crashed at Chislet Marshes near Saint Nicholas at Wade in Kent. The pilot was Unteroffizer Buchner was killed in the crash. There was a major recovery of the plane in 1975.
