    This is a German re issued ww1 mg 42 ammunition tin with original white camouflage paint which was done by the soldiers themselves in preparation for the winter battle and the German advance of 1944 in the winter snow. The lid still opens,closes and locks the handle is there it moves but stiff the tin is in relic but solid condition with no holes most of the white is still on the inside of the tin on the outside about half. A very rare find with this paint work the tin was recovered from the Ardennes Forest and a nice relic from the Battle of the Bulge in the winter of 1944.
