    This is a German soldiers possibly Fallschirmjager M35 helmet still with lots of very clear to see green paintwork on the inside and the outside which is in very nice condition border line semi- relic condition very smooth to the touch with no major damage .The helmet has some surface rust in a lot of places but not very much thick heavy rust it is solid and not braking up or crumbling and has only a couple of small rust holes still very smooth to the touch on the outside and on the inside it is a bit pitted in places the helmet has no leather liner or chin strap.The helmet has been very well cleaned and is perfect for display or any collection and a perfect restoration project as well if you wanted to the helmet is a cracking find from this famous battlefield so very rare to find in such good condition.The helmet was recovered from near the town of Goch in the Reichswald Forest which was part of the Siegfried Line this area was defended in the battle by the 6th Parachute division with other troops so hence the possibly fallschirmjager helmet as they were there the battle fought between 8th February to 11th March 1945 in Germany.
