    This is a very rare part from British Glider from Operation Market Garden. This is a cargo storage catch it was used for chaining vehicles down in the back of the glider it is 4 inches long it is rusty but solid it has been cleaned and is a nice condition relic and is perfect condition to display and it come with a A5 laminated information sheet with photos including showing the catch being used on the glider. The part is from British Horsa Gliders landed in landing zone Z' near Wolfheze woods near Arnhem, 17th September 1944,gliders of the 1st Parachute Brigade landed during Operation Market Garden in the Netherlands it was recovered sometime in the 1990's.The pictures below show landing Z near Arnhem.
