This is rare to find battlefield recovered a German K98 ammunition pouch which is near complete just missing its flaps/covers .The pouch is in fantastic solid condition for a recovered relic but with no maker marking or date to be seen it still retains all of its original black colour it has been well used by its war time owner the leather is solid not braking up or crumbling and is very stiff ware it has dried out over the years its still got some dirt and muck attached from the recovery but a cracking example of a 75+ years old battlefield found ammunition pouch rare to find in this good a condition from the battlefield perfect for display or any collection. The pouch was recovered from near the village Plota which is south Prokhorovka ware the main tank battle was on the 12th July 1943. The belt was recovered from village of Plota near Prokhorovka on the battlefield at Kursk 1943 where the largest Tank battle of the war and the last great German offensive of the war in the East in Russia.
