    This is a British soldiers 1908 pattern webbing belt clip and clip for army issue gas mask bag. Both of them the brass has discoloured and gone green from being buried they have been very well cleaned and are perfect for display or any collection and not the easiest of finds from the battlefield these days now. The webbing parts were recovered in the area that was Guillemont Station on the July-August 1916 battlefield on the famous Somme battlefield of 1916.Below picture is the shattered remains of Guillemont Station in 1916 after the battle.
