This is a very rare to find in this condition a German 3.7cm Flak brass wash steel made shell case fired by 3.7cm flak 18/36/37 anti aircraft gun. The case is in fantastic condition nicely clean still retains a lot of its original colour and has pretty much all of its original markings on the bottom fairly to see it has no real damage and a bit of discolour and is a fantastic example perfect for display or any collection. This shell case was found on a brocante in Arras used by the Wehrmacht in the battle of France May-June 1940 or on the Atlantic wall defence as many of these guns were used for that.
