    This is a very rare to find British soldiers pith helmet which is in very well used condition but complete.The is in nice condition with no major damage apart from a dent in the top of it it has a few marks and scraps also dirty on the outside inside from war time use also has some holes in the fabric on the inside but missing its chin strap.Also on the inside its has cardboard maker label on the top and on the sweat band nicely maker marked its has been well used by its war time owner.The helmet has been lightly cleaned it is very solid not braking up or falling apart and is perfect for display or any collection.The helmet came from a house clearance in kent from the home of an old British soldier that bought it back from the desert and stayed with him until he passed away in the early 2000's.The helmet is very rare relic from the north Africa campaign; the desert war of 1942-1943 and comes with A5 laminated information card.
