    This is a 4 Gauge control panel used inside a German Sturmgeschutz 3 assault gun or Tank Destroyer. The panel is missing its gauges it still has some of its fixing attached it is rusty but solid and is in relic condition but has no rust holes it has been very nicely cleaned and is perfect for display or any collection and it is 12 inches long.This panel was recovered from the same Tank as the other 2 panels i have for sale one is a Kasten PZ number 24 intercom panel the 24's were only used on Stug 3's this is how we know the panel is from a Sturmgeschutz 3. The panel was recovered from a Stug 3 destroyed in the Falaise Pocket in Normandy. A nice and rare relic from the iconic battle of Normandy in the summer of 1944.This panel comes with a laminated A5 information sheet with information and photos. 

    In Normandy there were around 600 stug 3’s up until the end of July and by that point the Germans had lost around 95 of them.Below a Stug 3 destroyed in the Falaise Pocket in 1944.
