This is a flat larger sized aluminium air frame structure section from a wing or fuselage which still has lots of its blue undercoat primer paint remains this colour primer was only used by Japanese air force and there is most of its paint still on it and clear to see. The structure section is a airframe panel with a hole it has ripped off by the impact of the crash it still retains a lot of original colour and is in relic but solid condition it has been nicely cleaned perfect for display and is 7 inches long and 5 half inches wide in size. The part has been recovered from the crash site of a Japanese Mitsubishi A6M Zero fighter shot down and crashed during the air war over the Island of Guadlcanal from the 1942-1943 battlefield. A very rare part to get hold of from the war in the Pacific and comes with a A5 laminated information sheet with picture.
