    Very Rare American complete Navy M1926 inflatable floatation belt life preserver intended for use during the D-Day landings in June 1944. This one was found in 2017 in a Barn on a Farm in the Village of Dawlish Warren, South of Exmouth in Devon in the area the Americans were training for the D-Day landings in early 1944.The belt is complete it is in relic condition some of the metal clips have rusted 2 are still here but have come loose from the belt the rubber has worn in a few places but on the whole still solid it is maker marked USA one the clip and on one of the rubber hose attachments it still has all its hose attachments it should have as well .This is a unbelievably rare relic to find a real one off find i dont have another this was the only one found this belt should have been used by a us soldier on the famous D-Day landings in Normandy in the summer of 1944 in Northern France.This item comes with a 5x7 laminated information sheet with photo.
