    This is a German flak/artillery gun optics or range site storage box lovely solid box with no damage. The box has some of its original black and green paintwork remains on it all over the box properly about 20% paintwork still on it. The box which has some dents and knocks from use it has light surface rust all over but not any heavy thick rust the box still opens and closes and locks perfectly on the inside it is light rust as well it is in overall pretty good condition and a nice example of a range site box which is battlefield found and more semi-relic at worst which has been very well cleaned and is perfect for display or any collection .The range site box came from a private collection in Dieppe originally used by the German Army in the Normandy campaign in the summer of 1944.
