This is a very rare to find group of very nice condition parts from a RAF Lancaster bomber parts.There are 2 sections of aluminium airframe both with green and black paint remains also 3 sections of cockpit perspex glass and 2 bakerlite electrical parts one is a on and of switch both are AM marked [air ministry] the parts are solid not braking up or falling apart the parts have ripped,bent and smashed in the crash and still retain some of there original colour and have been very well cleaned perfect for display or any collection the parts are 2-11 inches long in size the parts come from RAF Lancaster mark 3 ED694 WS-Y which was on Operation bombing sortie of Essen when it was shot down on the 3rd April 1943.The parts come with a A5 laminated information card.

The Lancaster took off at 1957 hrs from RAF Waddington and was shot down by a night-fighter flown by Oberleutnant Eckart-Wilhelm von Bonin, II./NJG1).The Lancaster crashed at 23.54 hrs at Stevensbeek some 21 km NE of Helmond in Holland. All the crew were killed and are buried in Eindhoven (Woensel) General cemetery.
