This is a German steel shell case complete solid relic dated 1942 fired by 15cm SIG 33 heavy infantry gun. The case is steel made it is in relic but solid condition it has non of its maker markings that can be seen on the bottom it does have some rust holes and some damage around the neck after being fired which is rarer to get the case from the battlefield that has been very well cleaned and is perfect to display or any collection and is empty and inert. The shell case was recovered from near the village Plota which is south Prokhorovka ware the main tank battle was on the 12th July 1943 where the largest Tank battle of the war and the last great German offensive of the war in the East in Russia. The shell case comes with A5 laminated information card.
