    This is a very rare find from the battlefield a blown apart steel shell case 5cm KwK39,L/60 dated 1940 fired by later model German Panzer 3 Tank mark J-M. The shell case is not totally complete but is pretty much a complete cash that ripped apart it is still complete with its brass primer with all its maker markings and dated 1940 the case has ripped apart by an explosion possibly when the tank was hit which is in relic condition but is very solid for a relic it does have some small remains of original colour. The markings on the bottom of the case can not be seen only on the primer the case section is 9 inches long is a very unusual and rare find from the battlefield which has been very well cleaned and is perfect for display or any collection. The case was recovered from the site of a destroyed Panzer 3 tank mark J until M recovered from near the village of Plota near Prokhorovka on the battlefield at Kursk 1943 where the largest Tank battle of the war and the last great German offensive of the war in the East in Russia.The case comes with 2 x A5 laminated information cards.
