Battle damaged German K98 rifle trigger and breach part very well cleaned relic recovered from a field near Trun a pit dug by the allies where lots of German equipment buried after the battle in the Falaise Pocket, Normandy in France 1944

This is a German K98 rifle trigger section which is battle damaged with impact hit which is pretty much complete apart from the trigger its self the part is deactivated by condition obviously plain to see it is not complete and has no moving parts. The rifle part is in nice condition for a relic rusty but it has been very nicely cleaned and is in very solid condition and a nice one for the collection perfect for display.The rifle breach was recovered from a field near Trun, which we think was a pit dug by the allies where lots of German equipment was thrown in and buried after the battle in the Falaise Pocket, Normandy in France 1944. A nice rare relic from the famous Normandy battlefield.
