    German handbrake from a horse drawn cart with loads of original Dunkelgelb dark yellow paint. The handbrake is in excellent condition the mechanism still moves, large amount of original paintwork remaining. Barn find from a farm near Houffalize in the Ardennes where the 116th panzer division fought in 1944-1945 battles. The handbrake has been in local collection until 2018 when it left the Ardennes area for the first time since the war. A fantastic original barn find by a local collector who has owned for many years. So good it should go back back on the cart.
