    This is a nice condition recovered German Anti Tank Tellermine 42 which has some remains of its original sand colour paintwork clear to see and inside it has red undercoat primer and black paintwork.The mine is complete with its pressure plate but is missing its bottom plate and carry handle is completely empty and inert it still has lots of original colour inside the mine as well it has rust damage and is rusty and with a few rust holes  and with some rust damage it is still in nice and solid condition not braking up or falling apart it has been very well cleaned and is perfect for any display or collection a nice example of this very famous mine recovered from the battlefield. The Tellermine was used by Panzer Division Muncheberg it was recovered in the Werbig area on the Seelow heights this was the area defended by them, April 1945 battlefield and comes with 2xA5 laminated information cards.

    Panzer-Division Müncheberg began forming on 8 March 1945 in Muncheberg, Germany. The majority of the division's staff and panzer troops were drawn from the 103rd Panzer brigade which had been dissolved three days before; the brigade's commander, Major General Werner Mummert, was placed in command of the division.
