This is a German MG 15 machine gun magazine it is in nice relic condition nice for a recovered relic.This magazine is no complete missing its insides and back panel but still with some of its original colour it does have some surface rust but is very solid and not braking up or crumbling it has no rust holes at all it is still a very solid relic unusual to get in such nice condition from the battlefield.The magazine which is empty of all ammunition but is complete with its insides.This magazine was recovered from the airfield at Voroponovo which was in the 6th Army pocket during the Battle of Stalingrad in 1942-1943.The magazine comes with A5 laminated information card.
