    This is a nice and rare group of airframe and engine parts and are in nice condition which have damaged by the impact of the crash ripped and bent.There are 10 parts in all 4 of them are aluminium made sections and 2 sections of mag allow engine case parts also internal engine parts that still have a lot of there original colours and paintwork very clear to see they are in nice solid condition and have been very well cleaned and are perfect for display or any collection the parts are 2-10 inches in size rare to get from this aircraft.The parts come from RAF Hurricane P2985 the pilot was Polish pilot officer W.Lapkowski the plane was shot down at 3.45pm on the 5th September 1940 in the battle of Britain and comes with A5 laminated information card with pictures.

    Pilot Officer Waclaw Lapkowski from Poland was with No 303 Squadron flying Hurricane's during the Battle of Britain. He was attacked by Messerschmitt 109 he bailed out wounded with a broken leg and burns over Gillingham in Kent the plane crashed at Bonvills Farm in North Benfleet. W.Lapkowski was later promoted to Squadron Leader he was killed on the 2nd July 1941 over the Channel in Spitfire B8596.
