    This is a rare larger size metal airframe section which is very rusty with no paintwork but still rare. The section which is very rusty but overall nice condition it has ripped off by the impact of the crash it is in relic but solid condition and has been nicely cleaned perfect for display or any collection and is 6 inches long by 6 inches wide in size.This is a rare one for any collection the part was recovered from the crash site of German V1 rocket Doodlebug which was fired at Manchester on Christmas eve 24th December 1944.The section comes with 2xA5 laminated information card.

    This rocket fell short and crashed on Howden Moor about 5 miles west of Stocksbridge. It was Christmas Day before anyone got to the site. The people first at the scene found white deposits around a crater that still had fumes rising from it.
