    This is a German steel shell case which some of the markings can be seen it is dated 1942 it does have a bit of damage lightly pitted so markings cant be seen but this case is not relic but much better then that. The case is in nice condition for a steel case even with a lot of original colour it has some of its brass wash still there and has been very nicely cleaned perfect to display or any collection. This shell was fired by German 15cm SFH 18 heavy field howitzer this case.The shell case was found in Dieppe but was originally found and used in the Normandy campaign in the summer of 1944
