This is a rare British 12 pounder Naval gun brass shell case dated 1900 turned into trench art this is a rare type of case to find. The shell case is in very nice condition but with some discolour the case still retains its brass colour lovely and clean. The case is complete on the bottom with its original markings and is dated 15th September 1900 very clear to see the case is from a private collection on the Somme. A very nice and not easy to find British artillery relic from the famous Somme battlefield of 1916-1918 and comes with a A5 laminated information card.
