    This is a rare to find World war 2 British SOE [special operations executive] brass made Number 1, mark 1 Pull Switch.The switch has all of its original brass colour with a bit of discolor from being buried it has been very well cleaned and has some remains of its maker markings still partly clear to see the metal is still very solid not braking up or falling apart perfect for display or any collection and a very rare find. The switch was used in conjunction with trip wire for firing mines and often put under objects such as body's or guns to make them into booby traps and for sabotage demolition against German industry and transport. This was used by British special forces as well as provided to the resistance across Europe and used by SOE agents dropped into occupied Europe. The switch was recovered from the site of a special operations executive training ground in England and come with a A5 laminated information card with pictures.
