German bulk powder charge box for heavy German artillery guns including rail guns used on the Atlantic wall it was found in Northern France and would have been used by one of these large calibre guns sited on the French coast.

This is a German bulk powder charge box for heavy German artillery guns including rail guns used on the Atlantic wall. The box is in nice condition with its original black stamped German markings very clear to see on the lid and on one side it also has paper label on the other side with partly clear to see markings. The box still complete with its lid that screws on and off it still opens and closes perfectly on the outside of the box it has a lot of its original green paintwork on the box the lid it does have black stamped OPEN the box its self has no real damage other than from wear and tear and use with some small cracks and chips on the inside is the very rare bit it still has its aluminium air tight lining in nice condition. The box retains a lot of original colours it has been very well cleaned and is perfect for display or any collection.This box was found in Northern France on the French coast area and would have been used  by one of these large calibre that were installed on the English Channel coast from 1940 and comes with 2xA5 laminated information cards.
