    This is a nice and very rare glass framed group of parts from the German famous V2 rocket. This is a very nice group of internal electrical parts from the engine area on the v2. These are lovely well cleaned parts which is 5  parts which are wiring and bakerite made one with clear maker marking also electrical wiring part and wiring loom the parts with there original colours the parts have been very well cleaned up and are in nice solid condition perfect for display or any collection they have been mounted in to a glass fronted box frame with information and lots of pictures the frame is 12 inches by 12 inches in size.The parts were recovered from the crash site of the German V2 Rocket which crashed into the town of Wickford in Essex on 3rd December 1944.A very rare to find group of relics from a German V2 rocket fired at Great Britain during hart of Hitlers rocket offensive late in the war.

    At 12.34pm on the 3rd December 1944 the rocket crashed exploded in Sugden Avenue in Wickford. The casualties were Killed none also seriously injured 8 and slightly injured 16 in Total 24. The damage it caused was Demolished 2 Bungalows seriously damaged 6 properties and slightly damaged-130 properties.

    The water board was putting in a new main sometime in the 1980's when they found the V2's combustion chamber and other parts including the jet motor.
