Brake system master cylinder near complete part from destroyed German sdkfz 251 half track recovered from Death Valley near Hill 112 the battle during operation Epsom in June 1944 on the Normandy battlefield

This is a brake system master cylinder which looks like a near complete part the top cover is screwed in but both the pipework ends have ripped off in an explosion when the half track was hit.The cylinder which is a heavy part it is rusty but still very solid it is in relic condition but has cleaned up very well and is perfect for display or any collection it is 11 inches long by 5 wide and a unusual find from the battlefield.The cylinder was recovered from the site of a destroyed German sdkfz 251 half track in Death Valley near Hill 112 the battle during operation Epsom in June 1944 on the Normandy battlefield. A nice relic from the Normandy battlefield and comes with A5 laminated information card.
