    This is a German soldiers army issue aluminium water bottle which has some damage from being buried but nothing to bad a few dents and knocks no holes .The bottle is missing its top and around the neck is not maker marked or dated so will be of late war manufacture it is very solid and nice condition with a lot of original colour for a bottle which has been lost in the heat of battle it has been well cleaned perfect for display or any collection. The water bottle was used by soldiers in Panzer Lehr Division as it was recovered from the site of the battle on the Longvilly road area near Bastogne in the Ardennes Forest from the scene of the battle of the bulge in the winter of 1944-1945.A very nice relic from this famous battle and Hitler's last big offensive of the war and comes with A5 laminated information card.
