    This is a fantastic condition brass and steel made German GrZ 14 Artillery shell fuse 1914 modification 45 mm percussion fuse-detonator without delay used on high explosive shells, incendiary shells and gas shells on artillery guns from 9cm caliber up to 15cm caliber. The fuse has been fired does have some small amount of damage from being fired it has ripped clean of the shell during the impact.The shell fuse is in very nice condition still with all of its original maker markings,numbers and dated 1915 fairly clear to see it is only rusty one the steel bottom rim but very rare with all the brass parts are still there including the top cover and even maker marking on the base of the fuse and it is its dirty brass colour and has been very well cleaned it is perfect for display or any collection. This fuse was recovered on the Ypres Battlefield in Belgium of 1914-1918.
