This is a very hard to find German steel made shell case in very nice condition for the 7.5cm leichtes infantry support gun. The case which retains a lot of its steel colour finnish but does have a lot of damage and discolour from exposure to the elements but nothing to bad on the bottom it has most of its maker markings clear to see and dated 1937 the primer is dated 1943 it has been very nicely cleaned perfect to display or any collection and getting hard to get steel made ww2 German shell cases in this condition. The shell case was recovered from village of Plota near Prokhorovka on the battlefield at Kursk 1943 where the largest Tank battle of the war and the last great German offensive of the war in the East in Russia.
