This is a rare find from the battlefield a French soldiers pre war kepi lovely red and blue colour pretty much complete. The kepi does have some holes it is in nice condition with some damage and dirt from wear and tear and has a few marks and scraps also dirty on the inside and the outside from war time use its has been well used by its war time owner. The cap found in a house on the outskirts of Verdun during house clearance many years ago left after battle then in to a private collection in the Verdun area now available for the first time since the war and outside of France a lovely rare relic from the The Verdun battlefield of 1914-1918 in France.
