    This is a British 40mm Bofars anti-aircraft gun ammunition clip dated 1941 and with a maker mark remains.The clip which is in semi-relic condition it is very solid with very little surface rust in places on the holding clips have rusted away the main holder is very solid not braking up or falling apart at all and is complete but still has a lot of original colour it has been very well cleaned perfect for display or any collection.The ammunition clip was recovered from the area of the Bourguebus ridge captured by the British and Canadians during Operation Goodwood the battle was fought on the 18-21 July 1944 in Normandy. This item comes with a A5 laminated information card.
