This is a Russian sniper plate with a lot of original paintwork still very clear to see complete and perfect for display or any collection.The shield is rusty but solid and is in relic condition but is not braking up or crumbling but with further cleaning the shield may well clean up better and the Russian shields are not common to find and they were not fantastically made so when they are recovered they are not in the best of condition but this one is very good .The shield was recovered from Poland the Eastern Front Trenches of 1914-1917.This shield comes with a A5 laminated information sheet.
