This is a large engine part from a Battle of Britain German Messerschmitt bf109 which was shot down in the Battle of Britain,This is a large mag allow engine case section which has maker markings on top of it from in between pistons on the top of the Daimler Benz DB601 engine which has impact damage and smashed but a nice bit of engine that is very solid it has been very well cleaned to a shiny finnish still with some engine bolt remains attached.The part is in nice solid condition it is perfect for display or any collection and is nice large part at 8 by 5 inches in size.
