Complete fantastic condition unfired German 13cm high explosive/shrapnel shell with a Dopp Z 92 45mm time/percussion fuse fantastic condition dated 1917, fired by 13cm FK13 field artillery gun found on the Ypres Battlefield in Belgium 1916-1918.

This is a very rare Complete fantastic condition unfired German 13cm high explosive shell with a Dopp Z 92 45mm time and percussion fuse and is fired by 13cm FK13 field artillery gun which is in fantastic condition with the fuse having all of its maker markings,numbers also dated 1917 all clear to see. The steel case has a lovely smooth to the touch black painted finnish not sure if this is original or an over paint either way its a lovely looking finnish it still has its brass driving bands in place there nice brass colour and completely un damaged the outer case is not really at all pitted with no holes.The fuse which is its nice shiny brass colour and it screws in and out of the shell perfectly. The projectile is completely empty and inert it has been well cleaned and overall perfect condition for display and very rare one for any collection.The projectile was found many years ago  on the Ypres Battlefield in Belgium 1916-1918 and has been in a private collection ever since and comes with a A5 laminated information card.
