This is a German track link rubber shoe, pad grooved pattern very well used condition pretty much complete. The rubber shoe is missing some chunks of rubber and is very worn from use or possibly ripped off when the half track was hit but more likely from a lot of use the rubber pad has all of its maker marks and unusual to find dated 1941 on the top are very clear to see it is very solid and not braking up or falling apart it has been very well cleaned perfect for display or any collection. The rubber shoe pad is from sdkfz 251 half track of the 46th Panzer Corps as it was recovered near the Village of Gnilets attacked by them during the opening offensive of operation citadel on 5th July 1943 during the attack on the Northern side of the Kursk salient from 5th July-12th July 1943 in Russia. The rubber shoe comes with a A5 laminated information card with pictures that comes with a A5 laminated information sheet.
