Lovely German soldiers near complete M16 battle damaged helmet very well cleaned recovered from Bourlon Woods the November 1917 battle part of the Allied Cambrai offensive.

This is a lovely condition relic German M16 helmet fantastic condition with only very light surface pitting all over with very few rust holes and has been very well cleaned. The shell is complete and has clear to impact holes either bullet damage of shrapnel from an explosion all very clear to see it has no liner or chin strap it has been very well cleaned and is very solid condition very nice relic condition and is top condition for a battle damaged relic helmet and is perfect for display or any collection. This is rare these days to get such a nice M16 helmet recovered from the battlefield but this was found many years ago this is why its in such good condition This helmet was recovered from Bourlon Woods the November 1917 battle part of the Allied Cambrai offensive. The helmet comes with a A5 laminated information card.
