    This is a Very rare  Czechoslovakian wooden ammunition crate captured and re used by the German Army fired by VZ/1419 field gun it carried 3 rounds of ammunition. The box is in fantastic condition with all its original black stamped German markings and on the lid and the red Czechoslovakian markings as well both fairly clear to see both also has paper label on one end again some markings can be seen its hinges in nice condition and work also has both its cloth carry handles the locks still work perfectly the lid still opens and closes perfectly on the outside of the box it has all of its original brown stain colour no real damage other then from wear and tear and use no woodworm on the inside lovely German paper label on the inside of the lid with most markings still readable a very nice example and very rare to find Czech box captured and re used by the Germans .The crate came from a private collection in Dieppe originally used by the German Army in the Normandy campaign in the summer of 1944.
