    This is a Very rare to find a German HZ 16 Percussion 57.5mm fuze model 1916, 2nd pattern double effect with or without delay which was fired by 10cm LFH light howitzer.  The fuse has been fired and does have some impact damage and has ripped clean of the shell during the impact of being fired it is in very nice condition it has none of its original maker markings, numbers that can be seen but still has lots of original colour it has been very well cleaned it is nice and solid not braking up or falling apart and is perfect for display or any collection. This fuse was recovered on the 1916-1918 Somme battlefield on the Western front.
