    This is a German soldiers or officers cap badge cockade which is complete and is missing its back pins and the roundel is dated and maker marked but cant be seen because of the dirt still with some original paint remains. The parts have been very nicely cleaned and still retain a lot of there original colour solid condition and are perfect for display or any collection and a very unusual find from the battlefield in such nice condition. The badges was recovered from the airfield at Voroponovo which was in the 6th Army pocket during the Battle of Stalingrad from 1942-1943 in Russia.
