    This is a Rare find from the battlefield a German battery and 2 British torch battery's. The battery's have been very nicely cleaned and is perfect for display or any collection it is in fantastic condition for there age and how fragile the battery's are they are dry and not braking up but is still fragile and it is in nice condition it has only survived this well as it has been in a chalk lined bunker for 100 years only ever seen a few of these ever found from the battlefield. The battery's  were recovered from inside a German bunker near the village of Bucquay which was a German artillery position during the later part of The Somme battle in 1916 a very nice and rare relic from the famous Somme battlefield.
