    This is a nice complete and unusual design British army SRD jug which is maker marked to a firm in Tamwork. The jug is in very nice condition with its maker stamped embossed into the base it does have some damage around the neck but has no other damage or cracks but does have a few chips and marks on it but nothing to bad still with all its original colours and is perfect for display or any collection. The jug was found on brocante in the Village of Flers on the Somme battlefield of September 1916 this was first village captured using tanks on the Somme battlefield. A very nice and very relic from the famous Somme  battlefield.
